Abby Campbell Singer is Head of Climate and Infrastructure Policy for Siemens USA. She is responsible for leading climate and infrastructure policy for Siemens USA and oversees congressional and administration advocacy for Siemens Smart Infrastructure where she focuses on buildings, renewables, grid resiliency, and electrification policy and regulation. She is passionate about the role of business to society and advancing emerging critical clean energy technologies, reducing emissions, supporting an equitable workforce, and developing executive level engagement strategies with political stakeholders to drive policy priorities. Prior to joining Siemens, she served as a Senior Advisor for the British Embassy in Washington, D.C., where she managed a team of policy advisors based in British Consulates across the US on energy and climate policies. She also served as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. She holds a Master of Arts, Strategic Security Studies, from the National Defense University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. She is a member of the Women’s Energy Network and its Executive Membership Program and previously served as the Chapter’s President.
